30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Compliance Hub subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Compliance Hub orders.

• Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email our support team at maire@compliancehub.ie and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Once approved, refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel a renewal at any time from your account billing page (powered by Paddle) and you will retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
