30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Compliance Hub subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email maire@compliancehub.ie with the email address used at checkout, or the invoice number for an invoiced engagement, and we will process the refund directly.

• Card payments: refunded through Stripe to the original card, typically credited within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
• Invoiced (SEPA) engagements: refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from, or credited against a future engagement if you prefer.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel a renewal at any time from your account billing page and you will retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
