These Terms govern your use of the Compliance Hub service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by OrganiGo Ltd, a company registered in Ireland, trading as Compliance Hub ("OrganiGo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you ("Customer") agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Compliance Hub is a SaaS platform that helps SMEs prepare for and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification. Features include checklist tracking, a defensible audit trail, evidence vault links, an accounting & evidence ledger, and team collaboration.

3. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not allow your users to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing purpose;
  • Send spam or upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to circumvent any security or rate-limiting mechanism;
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

4. Account credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Intellectual property

OrganiGo retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including its software, documentation, branding and underlying technology. Customer retains all rights to its own data and content uploaded to the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan.

6. Subscription, payment, billing & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All payment, tax, billing-frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Customer data & privacy

OrganiGo processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and (where applicable) our Data Processing Agreement. Customer grants OrganiGo a limited license to host and process Customer content solely to provide the Service.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a credible security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable use policy. On termination, Customer data will be handled in line with our Privacy Notice and DPA.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrganiGo's aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms.
